I consider myself a globetrotter and avid traveler. Having lived in multiple countries, bigger and smaller cities taught me a lot about different cultures and habits, but mostly, how united and similar we all are around the globe.
I love to be surrounded by inspiring people - in my personal and professional life as well. For me, anyone is inspiring, who doesn't settle for what others expect from them, but does what makes them happy.
I have an engineering & technology and business background, which is also my passion. It makes it easier to connect the dots between business and technical stakeholders, as I do understand both aspects, and help them connect these areas. I love that my career brings me non-stop learning and growing possibility, flexibility, ownership, travels, meeting interesting people, learning about game-changing solutions. I also enjoy mentoring my female peers, who aspire to similar career, but lack the courage to take the first steps.
I'm proudest of the people I've managed, and what they have achieved ever since then in their career. Hearing from them that I have contributed to their success has been the peak of my career.
Having worked with successful tech scaleups and unicorns, such as Klarna, taught me, that there's no one way to succeed. When it comes to sales, you need to go the trial-error way, measure and iterate if needed, exactly like you do with your product. This is my approach when I consult and advise high growth companies. And of course, without great people, you can have the best product and still don't succeed. So there should always be a big emphasis on who and how you work with.
I am result driven and always aiming towards a win-win cooperation with my clients. I consider them "partners", with whom we're working towards the same goals: creating sustainable predictable growth by building a healthy GTM / sales&marketing organization - with the right people, strategy, processes, tools, and metrics. I aspire to help them achieve this. I like to build up the entire revenue engine, and help them keeping it going.
