I’m a proud father of a girl and a boy, who are challenging and redefining my thinking and opening up new, priceless perspectives for me day by day.

Some years ago, I passionately fell in love with photography; my work is inspired by people of the street, more specifically, fascinating eyes and affecting souls shining through every single look. So I am always traveling with my camera, trying to capture particular moments and portray people they’ve never seen themselves before. I’m just fond of it.

I am very much impressed by people with the capability to impress and inspire others; one of my favorite ones is Alan Watts, known for interpreting and popularizing Buddhism for the Western culture – understanding thinking, finding the common language, and translating the essence in a way that makes the audience resonate and become deeply involved – this is what I also find important and an example to follow in my professional life of consultancy.

I speak over 12 foreign languages which is a great advantage in aligning with customer’s way of thinking and understanding customer needs.

When I’m delivering sales trainings, I’m always using sales perspective – because I’ve been there, and seen, experienced, learned a lot. I have a strong background in commercial excellence and process auditing, built in leading roles at renowned global companies, reshaping sales organizations, optimizing processes, and driving solution-based strategies and business transformations.

My favorite motto is „Less is more”; this is what I try to follow in my thinking and actions both in my personal and professional lives. I am keen on simplifying things to get into the optimal position to make the proper decisions based on facts that really matter and this is what I bring into my training sessions.

As a consultant, I truly believe in the power of the Customers’ Voice. Not telling them what to do and how to think but rather being a humble and patient guide who is taking and facilitating them through the process until they understand and speak out loud their own solution – what they can own, believe in, and turn into real success.
