B2B & B2C SALES EXCELLENCE | LEAN IN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT | ORGANIZATIONAL AND PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
I consider myself as a very colorful person with an open and international mindset: I was born in Germany in Munich, lived in the UK, Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands and now live in Hamburg. My grandfather was Austrian and my beloved son is French and German nationality and was born in Amsterdam.
Apart from travelling and new cultural experiences, I also love skiing, stand-up paddling, yoga, meditation and musicals which all give me a feeling of freedom and joy.
Experience wise I have worked over 25 years in big corporations in diverse industries and in marketing, sales, HR, business transformation, continuous improvement, organizational and leadership development.
Due to the many and diverse experiences both professionally and personally I have become a real transformation advocate. My drive is to help organizations and people see transformation not as a challenge, but as an opportunity for growth – for the company, the teams, and each individual.
I believe that sustainable transformation is needed, especially today, and it can only succeed when people not only understand what needs to change, but also feel and can implement it. That is why I like to combine pragmatic approaches with a deep understanding of human dynamics and make change tangible – through clear concepts (HEAD), emotional connection (SOUL), and concrete implementation (HAND). Creating space for true transformation – holistic, sustainable, pragmatic, hands-on people-and-process-centred and a way of interaction between people that is based on `do what you say and say what you do`- these are for me the most important parts.
As quotes inspire me a lot, let me finish with some from Albert Einstein, that are still so true for me today:
We can't solve today's problems with the mentality that created them.
Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.
Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Information is not knowledge. The only source of knowledge is experience. You need experience to gain wisdom.
